"Our zafu, or traditional meditation cushion, is buckwheat-filled with a cotton cover. The buckwheat is useful because it forms to fit the shape of your sitting bones. Rather than sitting right in the middle of your zafu, we recommend scooting a little toward the front edge, as this will help angle your pelvis and your knees will have an easier time finding the ground. A convenient handle on the side of the zafu allows for easy portability. These zafus are perfect for seated meditation, but they also work wonderfully as seats for low tables and floor-sitting in general. Choose from one of two shapes - round or crescent. Available in red, navy, green, chocolate brown, or black. 15"x15"x6".
